The Hungarian Public Road Nonprofit Private Limited Company is the major road operator in Hungary, performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks, traffic management, truck control and the issuance of route permits. In addition to that, the Road User Information Services, the National Road Databank and the Hungarian Road Museum are also operated by the Organization. The Company has been taking part in several development projects for ITS-technologies, including C-ROADS, CROCODILE I-II-III, TN-ITS GO and FRAME-NEXT.
