More information about Technical Tours
If you are currently holding an ERC grant and you will present your grant at TRA 2018 as part of your dissemination activity, you may charge your travel, subsistence, accommodation costs, as well as the conference fees to your ERC grant, in line with the general cost eligibility criteria foreseen by the grant agreement.
If you currently hold an MSCA fellowship and would like to attend the event, you could ask your supervisor to provide funding from the contribution of the MSCA grant to research, training, and networking costs. This could be used to pay your travel, subsistence and accommodation costs and the conference fees

Author and Reviewer
You can register in this category if you are a presenting author of a technical paper or poster, presenting a Marketplace Poster or an active reviewer for TRA 2018. Only one author per paper can register in this category. Co-authors of technical papers have to choose other options (for example “Regular” or “Student”). Special registration codes will be distributed once the review process has been completed (early December 2017). Reviewers are appointed by the TRA Programme Committee. More information about Conference Registration for authors
Invited speakers are appointed by the TRA Programme Committee. You have to first create a User Account in the registration tool and contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a special registration code.
The Student ticket does not include lunch. You have to upload your Student ID as *.pdf or *.jpg file. The uploaded file must show your name, your institution name and date of expiry. The TRA 2018 organisers reserve the right to check this information and reject your registration if you fail to provide sufficient evidence documenting your student status.
The Young Researcher ticket does not include lunch. You can register as a Young Researcher if you are currently engaged in academic research, either pursuing your first PhD or having received your first PhD no earlier than 31st December 2014. Use this option for your exhibitor tickets (one per 9m² booked exhibition space included in your package). Your Exhibitor Ticket includes access to the Exhibition area and lunches. To register in this group, you need a special registration code. Please contact email@example.com if you have not received any. For those who are registered for a “1-Day Exhibition only”, access to the TRA Marketplace is included.
You can register online by uploading your Press ID, which then also needs to be shown on site when collecting your badge. The TRA 2018 organisers reserve the right to reject your registration if you fail to provide an appropriate document.
